About the event
In this soulful workshop, we’ll explore the tree as a powerful symbol of grounded energy. Through the gentle process of painting, you’ll learn to connect with your own rooted energy — creating a unique artwork that becomes your personal grounding portal.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and open your creative flow. You’ll then be guided through a mindful painting session, using the image of a tree as inspiration to ground, express, and realign yourself through the process of painting.
There will be a moment of reflection and gentle conversation about the wisdom of trees — how their calm, steady presence mirrors what we can cultivate within ourselves.
No previous art experience is needed — this is a space for relaxation, connection, and creative flow.
